Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with focus on consumer internet services, connected app experiences, and subscription businesses.
  • Successful track record of working closely with design and engineering teams during the full product lifecycle, including research, planning, implementation, and launch.
  • Proven customer focus and curiosity.
  • Experience positioning, launching and pricing consumer software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling talking points and stories about new technologies for a broad audience including customers, media, analysts, and industry experts.
  • Structured thinker and keen strategist who understands technological and social trends, including their differences across geographies. Demonstrated ability to prioritize investments accordingly and drive fast decision-making.
  • History of managing teams and scaling organizations through processes that drive team growth, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Superior organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience in building consensus and driving collaboration by building positive relationships and bringing to bear data.
  • Energetic and detail oriented.

Description

The Product Management Team Lead for iCloud is responsible for product management and marketing of all iCloud experiences including storage, collaboration, web access, and Apple Accounts — across all operating systems and platforms. As a team lead, you will have a team of talented product managers and will responsible for daily operations, planning, and developing skills. You will work with key partners in engineering and design to represent our customers’ needs and build the optimal experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide marketing, product and business leadership for new and existing iCloud experiences across all platforms - iOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS, web, and other. - Research and synthesize industry, technology, market and competitive trends to identify new product opportunities. - Collect and use data to inform product decisions. - Evangelize and pitch new ideas to cross functional teams and executives. - Understand and communicate user needs and perspectives to inspire the broader organization, and help conceptualize new products and features. - Negotiate product trade-offs impacting schedule and usability to improve user experience and consumer differentiation. - Collaborate with software teams and product designers to bring new features and capabilities to life. - Position products in the competitive landscape and in association with Apple platforms, crafting compelling end-user messaging for the highest impact. - Launch products & features worldwide in partnership with marketing communications, public relations, and events teams. - Lead a team of skilled product managers — supporting their work and ongoing development.

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree, MS/MA/MBA preferred.
