SUMMARY
The Digital Payments Product Manager (DPPM) oversees a subset of the Bank's Digital Banking services product portfolio, utilizing their extensive knowledge of back-office operations, Treasury Management services, with specialization in Online Banking services, to uncover customer needs and develop, manage, and maintain their assigned portfolio of Treasury Management Digital Banking Payments services, focusing on developing superior products, improving the customer experience, and increasing Bank growth and profitability. The DPPM will play a critical role in development and execution of the Bank's overall Payments Strategy, including instant payments through RTP and FedNow networks.
The DPPM possesses in-depth technical knowledge pertaining to Online Banking services; knows how to work with cross-department partners to oversee strategic, technical, and marketing aspects of electronic banking products and services; understands the importance of situational management through influence; maintains a continuous improvement mindset; and possesses excellent communication skills, business writing skills, and problem-solving skills.
The DPPM reports to the Senior Product Manager and works alongside the Digital Banking Product Manager with ongoing initiatives to ensure solutions are developed that fulfill the product vision as defined by Management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; eight to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Salary Range:$104,061.00 To 150,888.00 Annually
