Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Project Manager General, we'll count on you to:

• Understanding of project management and delivery process
• Developing and presenting deliverables to clients for status and updates
• Managing project staff and design consultants to keep projects on budget and schedule and within agreed-upon scope
• Through your project efforts and involvement in industry activities, developing and maintaining client relations
• Actively participating in and supporting internal and external development and training activities
• Working with Resident Engineer and providing design support during the construction of the projects
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 10 years related experience experience in design, project/program management, and project coordination
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Construction administration experience is a plus, but not required
• Is technically capable in transit design development, and familiar with project development procedures/processes.
• Demonstrates interest in the development and maintenance of client relations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required and working as a team player is very important for this role.
• Desires to work with multiple agencies to develop projects in a collaborative fashion.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
• Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• A license/certification may be required
• PMP certification

The expected compensation range for this position is $144,988.00 - $223,695.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
