What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.
Shifts Available:
Full Time; 8:30 AM - 5 PM; Monday-Friday
Wage range $56.38 -$69.65 - Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

This is a "whatever it takes" model of intensive and assertive community-based wraparound services designed to help 100 clients stabilize and avoid further episodes of homelessness, hospitalization and incarceration. Telecare's IFSP program will consist of three multidisciplinary teams that include clinicians and professionals from psychiatry, nursing, substance abuse, peer support, housing, employment/education, and other relevant fields. Based on their areas of expertise, team members will collaborate and deliver integrated services, monitor progress toward goals, and adjust services over time to meet clients' changing needs.

- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
