Job Description:

• Design of analog and mixed-signal building blocks; i.e. bias reference, voltage regulator, PLL, ADC, DAC, Filter, High-speed SerDes, etc.
• Verify designs with CAD tools
• Perform mixed-signal simulations and work with teammates to ensure all blocks functions together
• Provide circuit floorplan and guide layout designs of polygon drawing to meet design rules
• Document designs and simulation results and conduct design reviews
• Operate lab equipment to validate silicon against system specifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education: MSEE is preferred
• 8+ years of industry experience in the area of mixed-signal CMOS circuit design
• Experience with Cadence Design Environment and circuit simulators
• Knowledge of UNIX commands and scripting languages
• Skills of Matlab codes and Verilog behavior models are a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
