Job Description:
We're excited to expand Zscaler's Treasury team to support the needs of a continually scaling business. This is a unique role as you will be integrally involved in multiple aspects of a growing Treasury function, including banking operations, cash flow and working capital, investment strategy and reporting, capital structure, and FX risk management. This role will have significant exposure to the Treasurer. Zscaler is a special company-we're the leader in cloud security, we're growing 40+% year over year across multiple metrics like revenue and free cash flow, and we're achieving that growth at scale in a way that few companies have done. This position will be based hybrid in our San Jose, CA home office and will require going in 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Support Zscaler's global banking operations, including new bank account openings, day to day support, and subsidiary funding
- Assist with daily cash positioning and short-term investing decisions
- Assist with operating cash flow FX hedge program, including variance analysis, and reporting
- Maintain and manage banking relationships and exposure to all financial counterparties
- Facilitate insight driven reporting and analysis for Zscaler's ~$1.5B+ investment portfolio
- Assist in deriving rationale for capital structure, interest rate risk mitigation and capital allocation decisions
- Support free cash flow forecasting process and long-term cash flow model, including partnering with internal stakeholders across Finance and Accounting to attain inputs and drive accuracy
- Conduct benchmarking, analysis and reporting for future project efforts, including working capital metrics, capital structure, capital allocation, credit ratings
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in Treasury or banking, ideally with experience across multiple functional areas within Treasury; for example, FX, capital markets, cash management, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for Treasury and financial markets
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics to a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starting environment, with a penchant for questioning the status quo
- Aptitude to learn quickly, with a high level of intellectual curiosity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
