Senior Compliance Program Manager

The Opportunity

Adobe's Ethics and Compliance department is looking for a Legal Compliance Program Manager to develop and implement anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance programs focused on Adobe's employees and third parties around the world. Using the candidate's past experience in risk management and in designing and running compliance programs, this person will bring a new perspective to Adobe's compliance projects while continuing to align with Adobe values.

Responsibilities

* Manage or co-manage risk management and anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance programs, including Gifts & Hospitality disclosures, Mergers and Acquisition programs, Risk Assessments, and Corporate Policies.

Continually develop and implement improvement and continuous compliance strategies. Ensure compliance processes are operating efficiently. Define, develop, and deploy mitigation controls on issues found. Analyze, develop solutions, and resolve with urgency, inquiries and critical issues received from a variety of compliance teams, internal audit, deal desks, and management.

* Have experience with measuring and presenting work via metrics and key performance indicators. Be able to prepare metrics, identify key takeaways, and report results to executive leadership.

* Create clear presentations with objectives and defined actions identified and present to management and executives.

* Write clear and simple standard operating procedures, guidelines, tutorials to document and explain the legal compliance topic.

* Provide anti-corruption compliance training to employees and partners, as needed.

* Develop, implement, manage, update Legal Compliance processes/tools as needed.

Skills to Succeed

* Between 8-10 years of experience, including leading complex risk management and compliance programs with successful implementation and identifying ongoing improvements.

* Self-starter, strong sense of judgement, attention to detail, resourceful, and ability to prioritize multiple projects within a fast-paced environment that experiences changing objectives.

* Strong interpersonal skills and can engage with people and teams at all levels of the organization.

* Experience working in a dispersed and global environment - with global partners, regional sales teams, and employees based in many countries.

* Exceptional project management skills, PMP or similar certifications preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.

* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-based decision-making approach.

* Experience measuring work, presenting metrics, working with dashboards and reporting tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI.

* Experience with Microsoft suite.

* Experience in tech industry preferred but not required.

Location

Co-located hybrid- assigned to an Adobe office location, but actual in-office schedules will be flexible such as 2-3 days per week. Employee must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office, so they can be on-site as needed. The location for this position is at Adobe's headquarters in San Jose, California.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,300 -- $191,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
