Zscaler is looking for a driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Data Protection team. The Zscaler Data Protection PMM is responsible for developing impactful messaging and compelling storytelling across the breadth of Zscaler's Data Security portfolio and Zero Trust platform.

  • Become a recognized and respected thought leader by advancing the Data Security and Zero Trust narrative, by building and sharing thought provoking content in writing, at customer events, conferences, webinars, sales meetings, and with analysts and the press.
  • Thoroughly understand market segments, their needs, use cases, buyer personas and their journeys, and the vendor scape, to build persuasive, differentiated messaging, content and assessments.
  • Develop marketing plans, working closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, web/digital, field and customer marketing to create industry-leading experiences to generate a healthy pipeline and customer expansion.
  • Train and enable a growing sales organization and channel sellers to amplify Zscaler's messaging and differentiation.
  • Identify metrics, including influenced pipeline, share of voice, and drive regular communication on progress for the GTM team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on projects to drive alignment, execution, and business results.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing at high-tech companies that target IT organizations. Experience within information security, cybersecurity, and security teams, or in sales engineering, product management or other technical positions.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, obsessive attention to detail.
  • Confident presenter, on stage, video, webinars.
  • Ability to creatively message technical security concepts to a broad audience of customers and prospects.
  • Analytical with a creative mind, able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Team player, ready to go above and beyond to ensure team success.

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$180,000$210,000 USD
