Shockwave Medical, Inc. is a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Shockwave Medical aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Position Overview
The Senior Principal Business Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the Order Management functionalities of Shockwave's Oracle Cloud ERP solution. The ideal candidate is experienced in implementing Oracle cloud implementations specific to Order Management, Master data such as Customer, Pricing and can address the business needs by effectively designing optimal solutions within cloud ERP. The candidate must also possess knowledge in integrating Oracle cloud with other CRM applications like Salesforce and work collaboratively with Salesforce IT team in executing the commercial projects. This role will work as a key member of Oracle Cloud team and collaborate primarily with Order Management, Data Integrity (MDM) and Account Receivables teams to translate business needs into effective and scalable solutions.
Essential Job Functions
  • Responsible for designing and providing optimal, effective solutions in Oracle cloud for the customer service (Order Entry/Booking) and data integrity teams (Master data such as Customer and Pricing).
  • Work closely with Salesforce IT teams to come up with the integration strategy and design that includes customer, pricing data integrations.
  • Work with customer service stakeholders and suggest best practice solutions for tactical and operational requests.
  • Document business requirements clearly and design the Oracle cloud solution considering the impacts of upstream (SFDC) and downstream (Finance) impacts.
  • Work effectively on 3 PL integrations to support the order and shipping data flows between oracle cloud and 3 PL partners.
  • Work on providing recommendations for continuous system improvement and able to automate a business process by leveraging the system capabilities.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all Order management related system issues and provide constant updates to the stakeholders on the status of various projects, operational and other tactical tasks (minor/Major enhancements).
  • Taking the lead responsibility of ensuring the Order management solutions have been assessed completely taking into considerations of overall impact on other systems in Shockwave IT Enterprise Application ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Finance and Supply chain Oracle team members when driving the solution in Order Management.
  • Manage Order orchestration process and integration related data flow from/to Order Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Computer / Software Engineering or equivalent).
  • Must have 15+ years of experience working in an IT environment and aware of all IT Project methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Must have 12+ years of Implementation experience in Oracle ERP (EBS/Cloud) Order Management, Pricing, Customer setups with an extensive knowledge in TCA architecture and concepts, Shipping, and fulfillment process.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse concepts, experience in product data hub, Order orchestration flows and its dependency in relation to Order Processing (Book, Holds, Cancel, (Re)Schedule, Reservations, Pick, Pack and Ship, Backorder etc.), Pricing and Fulfillment functions.
  • Well experienced in EDI and B2B integrations with at least 3-4 projects implemented end to end.
  • Must possess knowledge in customer invoicing concepts so as to design clear solutions without impacting downstream.
  • Analytic experience building dashboards would be a plus.
  • Must have experience in building OTBI reports and ability to suggest an effective reporting solutions to Business stakeholders as needed.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, sales and Service cloud concepts would be a huge plus.
  • Excellent articulation and demonstration skills is a must with an ability to present the solution/architecture with data and process flow diagrams.

Must be a good team player with an ability to collaborate well with cross-functional IT teams to complete successful execution of the projects.

Market Range: $129,000 - $191,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
