Would you like to become part of a team of experts developing silicon products for datacenters and other cloud operators? Come join the unit creating technology that fuels next generation AI/ML platforms and cloud mega datacenters! These programs are at the leading edge in a series of highendmarket dominating PCIe/CXL Switches, Server and Storage Products that deliver unprecedented performance at critically important power efficiency.

We are looking for highly skilled engineers that want to be part of an RTL to GDS team, enabling high-speed chip implementations, reducing power, increasing performance and optimizing silicon area.

You will work on silicon realizations, partnering with logic designers and physical implementation engineers. You will be responsible for Logic Synthesis, Physical Design planning, Power optimization, Timing Analysis, IP integrations and Chip implementation flows for 5nm/3nm semiconductor products. Work with a global team through the entire development cycle till tapeout.

Requirements

- BS degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or equivalent degree with minimum of 12 years of industry experience or MS degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or equivalent degree with minimum of 10+ years of industry experience.

- Strong expertise in Synthesis technologies like Synopsys DC/FC, Cadence Genus

- Good knowledge of Physical Design, Floorplanning, RTL/Logic design, Timing Analysis, RTL/Netlist rule checking

- Understanding of Clock structures, Power optimization, EM/IR, DFT

- Deep involvement with multiple chip tapeouts will be a plus

- Must have hands-on knowledge of scripting in PERL/TCL

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $210,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
