Job Summary

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, designing, developing, and managing activities of the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. From product concept creation, definition, marketing, usage, and end-of-life in home entertainment product category, especially in TV and audio products. You will find new business opportunities, develop business plans and new product positioning based on US consumer trend and US market environment. You will also oversee market research, monitor competitor's activity and products, and identify customer needs. As a key member of the Product Management team, you will work closely with partner companies, engineering, marketing, and sales department to develop new products or enhance existing products.

Responsibilities:

* Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and messaging.

* Coordinate with other departments to deliver functional solutions.

* Generate new customer experience and make new concept product or service related to new experience to show customer innovation

* Manage consumer survey, interviews, and workshops to generate or develop innovative ideas

* Propose new product or service concept to LGEUS HE to impact domestic market or HQ for global adoption

* Meet weekly with internal departments: HQ Product Planning and R&D

* Bi-weekly report/meeting: HQ product planning

* Monthly report/meeting: Sales, Marketing, Retail, Partners

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required

* 3+ years of experience with product management

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior verbal and written communication skills

* Must have interest for home entertainment products especially in TV and Audio products

* Strong knowledge and understanding of consumer electronics industry trends

* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

* Experience in research, interview, and survey design driving insights about segmentation, product planning, and market needs
