Job Description

The Product Director for GTM initiatives in the AI Driven Enterprise business will focus on accelerating the market presence and adoption of campus solutions. This position involves strategic planning, product and program management, and cross-functional coordination to drive market growth and product success. This position is also responsible for overseeing the SaaS renewal business and increasing software attach for the campus and branch solutions.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive market acceleration strategies for the market leading Juniper Mist AI driven campus and branch portfolio
  • Identify target markets, understand market penetration in different regions and verticals and create tailored programs to penetrate these markets effectively.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of market acceleration initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various teams (R&D, sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure program objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize software SaaS attach and renewal rates.
  • Identify key drivers of renewals and develop targeted initiatives to improve retention

Market Analysis and Insight:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the enterprise switching & wireless markets.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies and program enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, channel and marketing teams to align market acceleration programs with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments to ensure program success.

Stakeholder and Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback and build relationships.
  • Use stakeholder insights to refine and improve market acceleration strategies.
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
  • Work with customer success teams to ensure a high-quality user experience, driving higher renewal rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed renewal revenue targets.
  • Develop sales tools and processes that support renewal efforts.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of market acceleration initiatives.
  • Regularly report on program performance to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze renewal data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk.
  • Provide regular reports on renewal performance, insights, and forecasted trends.

Budget Management:

  • Manage budgets allocated for market acceleration programs.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) can be advantageous.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in program management, marketing, or a related field, ideally in the technology or networking sector.
  • Experience with campus switching products and market dynamics is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools

Additional Considerations:

  • Travel Requirements: Depending on the role, travel to meet with clients, stakeholders, or attend industry events may be required.

Minimum Salary: $207,200.00

Maximum Salary:$297,850.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $207,200.00 and $297,850.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
