The Opportunity

Adobe's Risk Advisory and Assurance Service (RAAS) function formally Global Audit is seeking an experienced Information Security professional. The candidate must have a good insight and understanding of the Technology and Cyber Security risks in line with regulatory and other compliance requirements. This position will be based in Adobe's San Jose Office working with the Senior IT Manager, Risk Advisory & Assurance Services.

What You'll Do

* Work under the supervision of the RAAS Senior Manager to plan, scope, and evaluate the design and efficiency of the internal security and compliance controls (On-prem and Public Cloud).

* Support the delivery and scaling of the SOX program. Hands-on with design and testing of IT General Controls (ITGC) & IT App Business controls.

* Plan and deliver on technology operations audits, system implementation & integration reviews, M&A compliance efforts, and applicable advisory initiatives with full involvement in planning, fieldwork & reporting.

* Ensure successful collaboration and alignment with key business leaders (IT, Security, Engineering, Internal Audit, and Legal) for all Technology audit efforts.

* Perform Information Security related assessments to cover domains like User Access Management, Network, OS & Application Security, Encryption, Backup Management, Disaster Recovery, Training & Awareness, etc.

* Stay abreast of Security trends, emerging technology, and cybersecurity field developments.

* Prepare insightful dashboards and reports to demonstrate overall risk posture to the management.

* Prepare quarterly Audit Committee meetings/presentations/newsletters and other supporting documentation; prepare other CAE/CIO meeting presentations, as needed.

What you need to succeed

* B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar. Minimum 5-7 years of technology audit experience with an accounting firm or large global public company internal audit.

* CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or similar certification preferred.

* Experience with implementing and auditing security controls for Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc. is a must!

* Knowledge of GRC tools like SAP GRC and RSA Archer is a plus.

* Exposure to engagements like Wireless Security audits, Network & Firewalls security reviews, OS & Infrastructure audits, API Security, DLP audits, Ransomware audits, etc.

* Knowledge and experience with information security standards (ISO 27001), governance frameworks (COBIT, NIST), and regulatory compliance (SOX, SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.)

* Capable of interpreting these requirements and translating them into relevant considerations for GRC processes, risks management, and controls.

* Strong organizational and management skills; ability to deliver multiple projects efficiently & prioritize tasks to meet project requirements.

* Outstanding interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate with all levels of management.

* It is essential that the candidate be an excellent teammate, self-motivated, and positive can-do demeanor. Ability and willingness to travel (approx. 20%).

* Strong EQ to effectively collaborate with people on shared goals.

* Demonstrated ability to navigate in a matrixed organization and to lead through change.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to an always-evolving search industry

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
