What You Will Do

As a Network Security Product Manager at Forescout, you will play a pivotal role in defining and managing our network security product portfolio. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to oversee and drive initiatives related to Zero Trust and Network Segmentation within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining a secure network infrastructure aligned with Zero Trust principles. You will be responsible for driving the development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of our Zero Trust strategy. You will be a key point in product execution, coordinating with inbound (R&D, Support, Operations) and outbound (Customers, Marketing, Sales, SEs,) functions to deliver and maximize customer value.

• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market trends in network security to identify opportunities and threats. Identify potential risks related to Zero Trust and Segmentation projects and develop mitigation plans. Use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
• Create and manage a detailed backlog for implementing Zero Trust and Segmentation strategies aligned to the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, industry standards, and technology advancements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product development, launch, and support.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather product requirements and translate them into detailed specifications for development teams.
• Lead the product development process, including feature definition, design, and testing, to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards, employing Agile development methodologies.
• Understand customer use cases and requirements working with UX to connect with users and create interaction and experiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.
• Monitor the performance of network security products in the market, tracking key metrics and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Ensure that network security products comply with relevant industry standards and security best practices.

What You Bring to Forescout

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in network and cybersecurity industry, focused on Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of network security technologies and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust and Network Segmentation concepts and best practices.
• Strong analytical and interdisciplinary problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and SCRUM, product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
• Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: Zero Trust, Segmentation, NAC, AAA, Radius/TACACs, 802.1x, Identity & Directory services, endpoint deployment and integration.
• Familiarity with Network and Security solutions including Cisco ISE, FortiNAC, Arista MSS-G, Meraki, Aruba, Tenable, Qualys, Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Splunk, Service NOW.
• Experience with Federal certifications: FIPs, CC, DOD/APL.
• Cloud experience: GCP, Azure, AWS, FedRAMP.
