HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist II, the Talent & Benefits HR Generalist performs and supports full-cycle talent acquisition, benefits administration, and other human resources functions and activities. As an integral member of the People & Culture Team, this position will also be responsible for using best practices for the department and team to function effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities are carried out in a manner consistent with ETR's mission, vision, values, and cultural norms. Key to this role is the ability to be flexible and strategically prioritize work based on team capacity and needs. Discretion in the use of confidential information is required at all times. This position works remotely and can be located anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Solid experience in full-cycle talent acquisition/recruitment with emphasis on identifying, engaging, and delivering a diverse and qualified candidate pool from marginalized and underrepresented communities and groups.
  • Ability to engage talent and manage their experience and expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to successfully advise and partner with hiring managers to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.
  • Ability to track and update talent-related metrics to evaluate effectiveness and for inclusion into ETR's Affirmative Action plan.
  • Human Resources experience with emphasis on benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience with organizing systems to address inefficiencies and redundancies.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and Human Resources.
  • Highly proficient in Office 365 Suite (Teams, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro; and working knowledge of ATS and HRIS.
  • High level of skill, sensitivity and empathy concerning matters of diversity, inclusivity and equity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and quantitative skills combined with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to complete assignments timely and independently.
  • Demonstrates initiative and stays current in relevant fields.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain flexible.
  • Ability to meet short deadlines; willingness to work additional hours during peak and deadline periods.
  • Highly professional and developed people skills; ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in all interactions.
  • Ability to travel as assigned.
  • The use of a personal vehicle or rental car for ETR business will require a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Preferred:

  • Experience with ADP and BambooHR a plus.
  • Participation in seminars and workshops around diversity in the workplace or relevant certification.
  • A tech-forward approach to operations and problem-solving with the ability to easily assess and acquire new technology skills and effectively integrate them with existing and new processes.

Location: Remote - United States

Starting Pay Range: $76,200-$93,100 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $76,200 to $84,700 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
