The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic product marketing leader for Adobe's Corporate B2B segment, comprised of the world largest enterprises immediately below the Fortune 500 global companies. This leader will be responsible for the business and marketing strategy for this segment across all our DMe offerings. They will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with multiple Go to Market cross-functional teams, as well as product groups. This is a highly visible position as we are heavily investing into what is a newly defined customer segment with a lot of untapped opportunity, in between our more established enterprise and SMB businesses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the leading Adobe categories such as creativity, design and documents, exude ownership of the business and be able to deliver tangible results in a matrixed environment.

As we're building this new business segment, this leader will need to demonstrate a very pragmatic "startup" mentality with a strong bias for short cycle execution, trial and error, and tactical decisiveness. Whilst business strategy is a core part of the role, this leader needs to be prepared to partner very closely with our sales and marketing teams and play a key role in the daily execution.

What You'll Do

  • Own the overall go-to-market strategy for our corporate segment
    • TAM, market share, competitive assessment by category
    • Target audience definition and priorities, customer needs
    • Growth levers across offerings, GTM, geos
    • Pricing & Packaging
    • Marketing strategy
    • Value proposition and messaging
  • Partner closely with other segment PMMs (enterprise and midmarket) as well as product group to build the relevant offerings to meet our customers demand and needs
  • Develop deep knowledge and affinity with our customers, their personas and sub-segments
  • Lead a growing team of product marketing leaders with a deep understanding of the corporate segment and our offerings across all product categories
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams on a daily basis to drive the business, support sales with fast updates to enablement and Bill of Material, and brief marketing on campaigns

What You Need to Succeed

  • Be an experienced senior-level PMM (startup experience appreciated), with relevant enterprise software experience
  • Self-starter and proactive leader with 15+ years of building highly effective teams
  • Highly pragmatic leader willing to drive both strategy and fast pace execution
  • Thrive and proven success influencing peers across sales, marketing, product management and regional leaders in a high matrixed and global organization environment
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
  • Strategic problem solver who can identify and set short and long term strategic priorities
  • A drive to constantly optimize and improve, combined with a relentless focus on customer experience
  • "Owner-operator" working style, deep sense of ownership for business results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $161,500 -- $360,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
