The Opportunity

The Adobe.com Analytics team is looking for a dynamic and versatile analyst to drive product-led growth for Adobe Express! You will employ data to deeply understand Adobe Express customers through their entire lifecycle, from Acquisition to Conversion and Monetization, drive strategy, measure progress toward goals and uncover new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have deep technical skills, a passion for delivering compelling customer analytics, curiosity, and a desire to grow technical skills!

What you'll Do

  • Lead strategic analytics projects and present clearly communicated findings that lead to impactful insights for key partners.
  • Use data from multiple sources to understand customers and their in-product engagement patterns, create compelling data narratives that drive action and find opportunities to further elevate the Express product experience.
  • Own and drive growth metrics related to product monetization. Unlock customer usage and behavior patterns and develop models to analyze the causal relationships between product usage, customer retention and propensity to purchase and convert at a macro and micro-transaction level.
  • Build new predictive models across the different stages of the growth lifecycle for metrics including propensity to convert, cross-sell, up-sell, personalization, LTV and Churn.
  • Partner with the enablement and product teams to enable analytics measurement across existing and new features built in the product in supporting data systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to enable self-serve of information.
  • Generate data-informed hypotheses to drive in product growth experiments and support readouts to assess the performance of the tests.
  • Develop time series, forecasting models to generate weekly and quarterly targets for end-to-end growth funnel metrics.

What you need to succeed

  • A Master's degree in computer science, statistics, physics or a related field is desired. Technical undergrad and equivalent experience in the field is required.
  • 3-5+ years of direct experience as a Data Analyst
  • Deep understanding of statistics and expertise in building, productizing, maintaining and improving predictive models
  • Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, validating and analyzing large data sets using SQL or Hive
  • Experience with Python, R or any other scripting language
  • Experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude is a plus.
  • Strong business insight, good communication and collaboration skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $107,900 -- $192,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
