The Opportunity

The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive meaningful membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements. The team drives significant growth globally through key business levers such as promotional strategy, free and trials customer conversion, winback, add-on/up-sell and customer retention.

Do you enjoy working on strategy, planning, and execution and development of insights globally? This role will help lead, drive and craft the digital commerce platform and checkout experience for Adobe across Creative & Document cloud businesses.

What you'll do

  • Build an annual global commerce and checkout optimization strategy and in partnership with Regional Sales, PMM, and Product teams. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics to build quarterly and annual ARR and KPI targets.
  • Responsible for Go-To-Market execution and ongoing optimization to accelerate digital revenue growth through ecommerce checkout initiatives and unlocking platform capabilities.
  • Understand performance and measurement of A/B tests with the Insights & Analytics team. Help develop use cases for suggested roadmap including level of and expected return on capital and marketing investments, and sales results.
  • Undertake market research for adjacent and similar SaaS companies to better understand market dynamics and opportunities in approach. Understand customer journey for prospective customers and build deep insights using data to build programs that will improve conversion metrics.
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams such as Product, PMM, Commerce, Adobe.com, Analytics to identify and launch new programs that deliver conversion benefit. In collaboration with these teams, develop requirements on the product roadmap for new technology initiatives and capabilities.
  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution across product, operations, business, and analytics teams to ensure on-time and impactful initiatives - from conceptualization, testing, and measurement to implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • BS/BA with 6-8+ years SaaS, digital and online/e-commerce experience, MBA preferred (3+ years post MBA experience).
  • Understanding of ecommerce/checkout principles and how to test and optimize the customer experience to deliver results. A/B testing and revenue growth experience a significant plus.
  • Customer focused, self-starter exhibiting strong leadership in moving initiatives forward within a highly matrixed organization with the ability to develop strong relationships across product, analytics, finance, marketing operations, etc. and work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Excels in conceptual thinking and problem-solving - you must love data and ask the question "why". Strong analytical thinking, ability to build test and learn plans, size opportunities, build sensitivity analysis, and measure incremental results
  • Proactive in identifying new opportunities and bringing them to execution, demonstrating standard processes and historical findings to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Project management skills to prioritize and drive initiatives forward.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication, at all levels.
  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,900 -- $209,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
