Full Time, Part Time, and PRN shifts are available! PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Pay rates range from $42.00 - $51.00 per hour based on Shift, FT, PRN, temporary contract, site needs, and experience.

Position Description:

• Master's prepared Mental Health Professional with active, unrestricted licensure as a ( LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LMHP, LISW, etc. ) in California
• 1 year experience preferred
• Perform and document mental health evaluations, progress notes, individual and group counseling notes and suicide watch notes
• Coordinate with healthcare and security staff regarding patients' mental health care and release dates
• Participate in educational and training activities related to mental health care for patients, security personnel, and healthcare staff
• Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-V / DSM-V-TR criteria

We also have a position currently to work in one of our innovative, specialized behavioral health programs for the male and female populations. On these programs, the Mental Health Professional is key to delivering quality care that is empirically based, trauma informed, and gender responsive. **Ask if this statement pertains to the site before including it in post**
