A large company in the Valley is looking for a Finance Director to join their team. The Finance Director will be responsible for the full financial picture of the company doing debt covenance, financial reporting, financial modeling, preparing decks, and lender financials. To be successful in this role, the Finance Director should have full exposure corporate finance, be systems savvy, and be a relationship builder. Does that sound like you or someone you know? What do you need for this Finance Director role?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or similar field
  • 10+ years of finance experience as a Manager or above
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience working for a Fortune 500 company
  • Experience working in a PE-owned company ideal
What will you do in this Finance Director role?
  • Spearhead financial planning initiatives, act as business partner, and be a finance consultant throughout the organization
  • Create resource plans and spend reporting
  • Develop the annual budget (including capital expenditure)
  • Build financial models
  • Oversee operational and strategic finance delivery through planning and cost allocation
  • Cash flow management, financial reporting, and variance analysis
  • KPI development through trend and historical analysis
  • Project management on new cost savings initiatives
  • ROI analysis
