The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who provides critical analytical and strategic support for Digital Experience (DX) Cloud Finance as we embark on new frontiers in servicing ground-breaking product innovation and feature releases. This position will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will plan, forecast, and report fast-growing Cloud spend with the goal of getting insights towards product/ customer profitability by crafting the end-to-end Product Line P&L views. The finance team celebrates understanding the big picture, and this role will balance deep financial reporting and oversight, with strategic investigation and analysis. What You'll Do

Act as the key business partner working closely with leaders across Finance, Product, and Engineering to establish cloud usage and value metrics curated based on business context. Be the trusted business partner by encouraging collaboration, and visibility and providing effective business partnership within the organization.

  • Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting with a strategic lens to support DX Finance to deliver source-of-truth, including spend, usage, unit costs, product line P&Ls and customer profitability

  • Partner with finance teams and collaborators to demonstrate subject-matter expertise across the organization and other external sources to build and refine the DX FP&A processes

  • Adopt high-impact, dynamic projects while navigating challenges of uncertainty, data limitations, and multiple partners; Thrive in paving new roads within the Finance organization

  • Continuous learning of current public cloud technology landscape and groundbreaking trends, and how the Digital Experience product roadmap uses cloud services to deliver value to Adobe customers

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven hands-on analytical experience with financial modeling, forecasting trends, and dynamic analyses

  • Strong analytical and communication skills to deliver business context, problem statements, process & operational execution, and business insights & impact

  • Growth mindset, collaborative, and comfortable in a heavily matrixed environment that changes as the business evolves

  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvement

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential and experience in Anaplan, PowerBI, and Tableau are preferred; programming (SQL, Python, R, etc.) is a plus

Preferred qualifications

  • 5+ years of FP&A (or related analytical) experience required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred, but not required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $89,000 -- $194,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
