The Opportunity

As part of our wider engagement strategy, we lead the integration of ML technologies into our data and growth platform. As a Principal Product Manager, your role encompasses being responsible for strategy, development, execution, and enhancement of a unified ML platform, comprising cloud ML infrastructure, data platform, campaign orchestration engine, and content platform. Whether large language models, forecasts, recommenders, or more, our business partners are constantly seeking to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI. Working with a varied team of authorities, you'll build inventive solutions that meet our business partners' diverse needs. This position combines technical expertise, product management, and thought leadership !

What You'll Do

  • Drive the ML platform product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning it with broader business goals.
  • Translate product needs into detailed feature descriptions and user stories, complete with criteria for the engineering team.
  • Prioritize features and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to guide product development, from conception to launch.
  • Conduct POCs to assess the technical feasibility of API-based integrations of ML platform with data platform, campaign orchestration engine, and content platform.
  • Perform research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities within the realm of Machine Learning and Data Science
  • Assess the current ML process and work with engineering to apply MLOps methods for better efficiency.
  • Develop wireframes and flowcharts to illustrate products and systems
  • Deliver compelling presentations to executives, business partners, and end-users.

What you need to succeed

  • A degree in Computer Science or 8+ years of equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of Databricks ML services or equivalent technologies
  • Experience in product management focusing on AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric approach to product development.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
