Job Description

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team, focusing on forging partnerships with local agencies and exploring alternative career paths within the field.

In this position, you will play a key role in expanding our business by establishing and nurturing relationships within the industry.

We need a dynamic recruiter with a passion for networking and the ability to creatively engage with healthcare professionals from EMS (Emergency Medical Services) programs and industry-related events.

This role will be based in the Central Coast region of California and the ideal candidate will be located within 50 miles of Monterey.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Recruiter will facilitate internal career pathways between ground and air transportation units.
  • Recruiter will foster positive relationships with local fire agencies.
  • Collaborate with leaders to assess staffing needs and develop appropriate staffing models.
  • Recruiter will collaborate with partners to develop effective pathways between organizations.
  • Cultivate relationships with schools and feeder organizations to support community relations and attract applicants.
  • Recruiter will advertise open positions through social media and marketing channels.
  • Demonstrate strong motivation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Travel approximately 75% schools & industry related job fairs and events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • BA in Human Resources or Equivalent work-related experience (preferred).
  • Two years' experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices (preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector (EMS preferred).
  • Current EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or Paramedic experience (preferred).
  • Social media/Marketing experience (preferred).
  • Possess a valid State Driver's License and driving record in compliance with AMR (American Medical Response) Safety & Driving policy.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually DOE
