This Opportunity

The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive meaningful membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements. The team drives global revenue and subscriber growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, free customer conversion, paid customer add-on/up-sell and retention.

Are you passionate about data? Do you love telling stories grounded in data? This role will drive insights within our commerce-oriented verticals. You will help build and aggregate annual and quarterly strategic plans in partnership with vertical business leads, track progress with sizing of core initiatives, undertake competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, and drive customer-centric thinking in the customer journey by focusing on end-to-end execution of core projects. We need powerhouse storytellers who are analytical and customer obsessed self-starter to help us unpack how well we are doing, find opportunities to improve our experience and partner across the organization to influence product roadmaps.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver customer journey insights across the organization that highlight whether we are serving our customers and identify areas to improve the experience
  • Use thorough data analysis to develop a deeper understanding of where we are succeeding in the customer journey and where they can improve, surfacing granular insights about our GTM funnel
  • Partner with business leads on major initiatives including annual strategy and planning and quarterly reviews and reporting.
  • Track progress in sizing of critical business initiatives by demonstrating internal data sets, competitive sizing and knowledge of SaaS and e-commerce business models.
  • Analyze raw and/or disparate data from multiple sources (qualitative and quantitative) to generate key findings.
  • Partner with data and technology teams to improve measurement and reporting capabilities by connecting data models/outputs into a unified reporting system.
  • Occasionally leverage complex SQL queries on an ad hoc basis to extract the required data and leverage Excel or reporting solutions like Tableau, PowerBI, etc. to communicate the insights.
  • Manage and track financial/operational metrics to monitor performance and understand our goals, complete ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions around the customer journey.
  • E-commerce growth mindset with a focus on digital sales and optimizing the core checkout flow for a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • BS/BA with 6-8 years of analytical insights and storytelling experience for SaaS or eCommerce company.
  • Detailed oriented while staying grounded in the big picture.
  • Experience with web analytics - Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Exposure to SQL for complex queries.
  • Consistent cross-functional collaborator and business partner, directly contributing to teams to achieve overall objectives.
  • Outstanding executive presence and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication, at all levels.
  • Appetite to learn and problem solve and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams.
  • Passion for user-centric design, efficient workflows, and e-commerce innovation.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $116,700 -- $217,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
