Title: Director of Nursing

Job Duties: The Director of Nursing Services directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The Director of Nursing Services ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Director of Nursing Services is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Director of Nursing Services supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Schedule: Full-Time

  • Monday-Friday AM

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current licensure in the State of California as a Registered Nurse
  • With compassion, supporting residents with cognitive and behavioral challenges
  • Experience leading/training others
  • CPR and first aid certified
  • Understanding of Title 22 Regulations

About the Campus: Crestwood's Psychiatric Health Facilities (PHFs) are dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self empowerment and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients. PHFs are for clients who require stabilization, medication management, behavioral interventions, psycho-therapy, psychosocial education and a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$131,000-$165,000 USD
