The Opportunity
We are hiring a Growth leader to drive the next level of scale and impact across our XE growth surfaces. In this role, you'll manage a team ofGrowth Product Managers, developing the vision and strategy to execute the roadmap. You will be responsible for defining key opportunities based on data, to fuel growth and improve customer engagement. You will be working alongside our Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative experiences for our customers. You will own the development of key growth features and site optimization to meet the business goals.

What you'll Do

  • Lead a team of Growth Product Managers responsible for driving business impact across acquisition, upsell and engagement on Logged-in surfaces
  • Be responsible for quarterly and annual growth roadmap development ensuring work aligns the top most business priorities while meeting customer needs
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, Engineering, Go to Market, and other product teams to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate, and launch new growth ideas
  • Build strong working relationships with team members and partners to ensure cross-functional alignment and agreement with team priorities
  • Develops long term vision and strategy. Influences senior managers to operationalize and implement the vision and strategy
  • Holistic understanding of company, business and product strategy to present and influence decision making of concepts, business rationale and key findings at all levels.
  • Use data, customer insights, and industry best practices to find opportunities to build compelling user experiences
  • Work with data science teams to develop ML models and measure the business performance across Quarterly and Annual metrics

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of web product/growth experience, 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven experience in driving high-velocity, high-impact Growth initiatives at scale
  • Deep business understanding of common Product flows and user journeys across Acquisition, Upsell and Engagement
  • Ability to clearly and concisely conveys information and ideas to all levels of the organization and to use influencing skills to advance shared interests and business goals.
  • Demonstrated excellence in the areas of multi-variate testing, fast iteration testing, and incorporating takeaways from testing to product innovation.
  • Good understanding of the business impact of product to drive revenue and increase customer engagement
  • Collaboration skills with consistent record to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Highly analytical; committed focus on using data to drive decisions and to build and achieve measurable key results for the site.
  • Experience working with websites using Adobe Experience Manager, Target, Adobe Analytics and other Adobe tools a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing and personalization
  • MBA (preferred) or BA/BS.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142,500 -- $285,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
