This is a rare and extraordinary opportunity allowing ownership from architecture definition to component selection, schematic capture and board layout to validation and manufacturing.
Key Qualifications
- Strong EE fundamentals with intuitive skills and an understanding of why our field works the way it does
- Product development experience in HW design
- Experience and understanding of basic power management including SMPS converters and linear regulators
- Hands-on lab experience in prototype bring-up and debugging, as well as functional verification
- Familiarity with various data protocols: USB Type-C, USB, UART, I2C, SPI, JTAG, SWD,
- Aspire to be a lead who drives technical initiatives in the team
- Experience with firmware / embedded systems is strongly preferred
- Experience with high speed design / signal integrity including hands on work with VNA / TDR is preferred
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
- Some international travel will be required

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900.00 and $256,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
